About Pilar

Hi, I am Pilar. I am a mom, a Spanish native speaker, a teacher, and I have always enjoyed drawing. While dealing with anxiety, I went back to my favorite thing to do during my college days, doodle. Quickly, I developed a passion for black ink illustrations. I find beauty in representing simple botanical and abstract shapes. I particularly enjoy creating intricate compositions that are original and interesting. I love experimenting with ink and watercolors. Through my illustrations, I hope to create unique pieces that spark curiosity, hope, and happiness.
